After doing a ton of research and comparing different options, I decided on Koddos for dedicated server hosting, and let me tell ya, it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I was a bit confused with several accounts, but their customer support cleared everything up without a hitch.

I'm really happy with my experience with the Koddos crew. They provide a supportive and professional customer service team that's available around the clock, ready to tackle any issues. The network and server reliability have been outstanding (my website is consistently online and reachable globally).

Unfortunately, their hosting just didn't function right, and when I reached out for help, their customer support acted like it was no big deal and didn’t offer any assistance whatsoever.

The support team even claimed I was misusing their ticket system just for seeking help when things weren’t working as they should. To make matters worse, their own website had a glaring glitch that they wouldn’t even admit to.

If you’re super experienced and never plan on needing support, Koddos might work for you. But if you’re looking for reliable hosting and a support team that treats you with respect when you need help, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Super helpful, friendly, and quick service. Koddos had all the solutions to my inquiries… which is definitely more than I can say for some other providers I've dealt with that send their customer support overseas with reps who hardly speak English. 5 STARS!

They claimed their servers were protected against DDOS attacks. However, in just a month, their shared servers faced DDOS assaults, causing all sites on that server to go offline. I've been using their hosting for several months, and this issue pops up once or twice monthly. Sometimes, I get hit with Error 522 or 520. After reaching out to customer support (which isn't very helpful), they informed me that one of their servers was under a DDOS attack and they were working on a fix. If your server is supposed to be protected, then why are these attacks still getting through? It’s a recurring issue, happening once or twice every month.

On a side note, I had some trouble with Cloudflare while trying to use it on their servers. The customer support team suggested I disable Cloudflare and connect my domain directly using their nameservers or IP.

While searching online, I stumbled upon Koddos Offshore Hosting and was amazed by their pricing! I decided to go with them right away and haven't regretted it since. My website has seen a significant boost on Google, and I’m really pleased with the support I'm getting.
